Hello ♡ We are a collaborative space where independent hair stylists build their salon businesses, we hold community events and education, and we are home to Downtown Rochester’s retail boutique; So Eclectic.

Our providers respect and celebrate the diversity of all hair textures. Our team encompasses a spectrum of expertise and backgrounds in the field; while some members are newer to the industry others have garnered extensive experience. The Co-owner of our space has traveled globally to educate other salons and stylists on cutting and caring for curly hair.

We extend the warmest welcome to you! At Need + Co., we comprise a group of independent providers, each managing our respective businesses. Simultaneously, we cultivate a synergistic team dynamic that underscores our collaborative efforts.
